This page is for sportsmen and sports clubs worldwide it is not only for 1st Division, Super 12, Gillets Cup, County, Provincial and Heineken Cup teams and players but also for clubs and players in all the lower leagues, we can't all be superstars and we don't all need superstars just good honest team players that give their best every time and enjoy their sport. This exchange plan is beneficial to both club and player as it gives you and insight to playing and coaching techniques in other countries. A fair remuneration package would be for the club to help the player with air fares accommodation and to find employment for the duration of their contract the player must in turn attend all practices, functions and play in all games that he is selected for.
